Picked late during harvest, crushed and fermented for near seven days on skins in Maranaga, Barossa, then tucked away to age two years in seasoned oak barrels. This heavy Shiraz is not as pretty as it looks… Barrel age and fruit come together to provide a heavy, but balanced and jammy, full bodied shiraz, that signifies the intense style of the region.
